Interior fit-out of a retail space, this project is designed and built for Metro Pharmacy. A joint venture design-built job, the project is 1300 SF pharmacy and clinic space within our own Sheppard Medical Building located on Sheppard Ave E in North York, Toronto.

Designed according to human centric principles, the architecture reflects the ambitions of the clients, creating a holistic centre for wellness. The new space aims to make a positive contribution through serving the immediate community as well as North York neighborhood.

The space is split into two programmatic zones: Pharmacy and Clinic. The two zones are separated by a pocket side folding door with pharmacy at the front with the most exposure and clinic at the rear with more privacy. Pharmacy offers over-the-counter area, dispensary, consulting, and compounding rooms whereas clinic accommodates compact exam rooms and an office nook.

Durable materials and finishes are carefully selected to last the business life cycle and lower the operating cost while neutral and subtle colors are chosen suiting the space clinical program.
